You Can Bank On It!

Here is an example of HA! Moment that fell in our lap. It was our mailbox actually...
I won't mention the name of the bank I'm about to refer to; not because I want to protect the bank but lets face it, they're all as bad as each other.
Anyway, I just received a letter from a bank informing me that I'm about to be issued with a new credit card with 'increased functionality and convenience' including 'no need to change your PIN each time a new card is issued' and the 'ability for additional cardholders to register for phone and internet banking'.
I know what you're thinking, how did I contain myself? Believe me, it wasn't easy but the ensuing paragraphs in their letter were a big help, including gems such as:
-'as a result of these improvements...you will be issued with a new credit card account number and PIN'
-'re-register for phone and internet banking'
And as a special bonus....
-'re-establish periodical debits on the current card'.
Other than that my 'interest rate and other card features will remain unchanged'!
My question to the bank is: How much in fees am I paying for this 'increased functionality and convenience'?
